Breakthrough - A coaching thought!
Breakthrough by Paul Lemberg.
There is a trick to gaining terrific satisfaction in your business and your life. William Shakespeare summed it up nicely:"This above all: to thine own self be true."

First, figure out who you are in the world, and be that person, really, really, well. Master being that person.
Determine the key distinctions of being you. Then make your business an extension of yourself – have it realize your purpose, your vision, your values, and your standards at their highest level.
When your venture is an integral expression of your core being, you are joyously compelled to do everything necessary to bring it to fruition. Can you think of a better guarantee of success? If who you currently are isn’t satisfying to you, a business fulfilling that you won’t be either.
And while it is still possible for it to be a financial success, it is likely not to be any fun, and not something you will want to do for very long. If that is the case, your next step is to choose who you do want to be. Do a gap analysis – list the important differences between how you manifest yourself in the world now, and how you want to manifest.
Develop “creative tension” between these two states, map a path from one to the next, and take concentrated action to bring that new person into existence. Master being that person, and make your operation an extension of that person.
The personal route to meaningful success is to and through your highest expression...Be the very best of who you are going to be in the world.

I have been thumbing through the net for awhile and it feels similar to chasing rainbows to discover answers. Finally, some progress in finding your blog. I especially enjoyed your most recent post.
Wishing you the best of luck,
