Great NLP Feedback

The sort of testimonial I really like - with a photograph

During our seminars we we record feedback from feedback forms, we complete case studies of how people are actually using the approaches and skills in their workplace and we get independent reviews of our training.

However sometimes its the totally unexpected testimonial that gives me the most satisfaction. João Pina, an independent trainer from Portugal was originally concerned that his English was not good enough to come on one of our seminars.

He attended our 3-Day presenting impact seminar and now for the first time he's getting an ovation from his delegates at the end of his courses. And he's sent a photograph to prove it!

Actually what impresses me is that someone can search the internet for a seminar; go to a foreign country (the UK) to an unknown trainer (for him) and immediately implement what he has learnt.
